Ever think, I just want an amazing Easter treat without all the effort and baking? Well look no further! This super cute White Chocolate Easter Bark is insanely quick & easy to make and tastes down right yummy! It’s literally the perfect chocolate goody to make with the kids over the Easter break too. No flames or sharp knifes, just melting, stirring and decorating. So all the fun bits then basically!
Here is what you will need to make a large slab.
First, line the base and two sides of your baking tin with baking paper. This will help you to remove the chocolate later.
Then break the white chocolate into a large bowl.
To temper your chocolate, reduce the power of your microwave to half then heat the chocolate in 10 second intervals. Stir well between each time until it’s two thirds melted.
Don’t put it back into the microwave at this point, just stir stir stir until it’s all melted and smooth. The heat from the bowl and the melted chocolate will be enough to melt the rest.
Pour the chocolate into your prepared tin and smooth out using a spatula.
Now for the fun bit! Start randomly dotting the rest of the ingredients onto the chocolate while it’s still melted. Press each item in quite firmly to make sure it won’t fall off when set.
Allow your White Chocolate Easter Bark to set completely at room temperature.
Once it’s set, snap into shards and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Consume within 10 days.
This would make a lovely homemade Easter gift to give to friends and family. It really is super easy to make too, definitely a winner for an Easter activity with the kids! You could easily change this recipe up too. Use milk or dark chocolate instead of white, use chopped nuts, chocolate chips or even freeze dried fruit to decorate for a totally different flavour! The possibilities are endless.
I hope you enjoyed the post my lovelies, until next time.
