Here is what you will need to make a large slab!

Ingredients

  • 500g White Chocolate
  • 50g Tiny Mini Eggs
  • 50g Smarties Mini Eggs
  • 5 – 8 Mini Maltesers Bunnies
  • Easter Candy Sprinkles

Essential Equipment

  • 30 x 20cm (12 x 8″) Rectangular Baking Tin

Instructions

First, line the base and two sides of your baking tin with baking paper. This will help you to remove the chocolate later.

Then break the white chocolate into a large bowl.

To (cheat) temper your chocolate, reduce the power of your microwave to half then heat the chocolate in 10 second intervals. Stir well between each time until it’s two thirds melted.

Don’t put it back into the microwave at this point, just stir stir stir until it’s all melted and smooth. The heat from the bowl and the melted chocolate will be enough to melt the rest.

Pour the chocolate into your prepared tin and smooth out using a spatula.

Now for the fun bit! Start randomly dotting the rest of the ingredients onto the chocolate while it’s still melted. Press each item in quite firmly to make sure it won’t fall off when set.
